While energy work is in no way meant to replace prescribed treatments or advice from medical practitioners, it can serve as a very effective complement to traditional medicine for those seeking respite from a wide variety of concerns. Kathy’s clients have found relief from stress, anxiety, pain, and a variety of physical symptoms and conditions; some have experienced healing and remission.
 
Prior to your session, you and Kathy will discuss any symptoms or specific concerns you may have. During your session, with your permission, Kathy may initiate light physical contact, such as placing her hands on a particular point on the body in order to facilitate the flow of energy. Whether direct contact takes place or not, she will direct energy to you exactly where and how it is needed. Following your session, Kathy will provide you with exercises and information that will help further alleviate any issues that may be present.
